There will be two workshops presented during the "Plein Air" weekend.
The first workshop "How to Begin Plein Aire" will be taught by Ron Thurston, a watercolorist and plein air painter from Pittsburgh. It will be held at Artworks Around Town, 2200 Market Street, on September 5th from 1-4 followed by the opening reception for the weekend event.
The second workshop "How to Market your Art and Avoid the Pitfalls" will be presented by Bill Rettig. It will be held at the Schrader Environmental Center of Oglebay Institute at the end of the painting weekend from Noon-1:30, just before the closing reception.

September 6th 8:30am: Artist Registration at the Schrader Center 8:30am - 5pm: Painting in the Partk 5 - 7pm: Reception at the Schrader Center
September 7th 8:30am: Artist Registration at the Schrader Center 8:30am - 1:30pm: Painting in the Park 1:30 - 3:30pm: Afternoon Reception at Schrader Center. Open to the Public to Purchase Artwork.
